    (Serving for four)

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. Fettuccine (already cooked)
    1 qt. Heavy Cream
    ½ tsp. Black Pepper
    1 tsp. Dry Basil
    ½ tsp. Oregano
    2 soup spoons Fresh Chives
    2 soup spoons Shallots
    4 soup spoons Parmesan Cheese
    6 oz. Prosciutto (Italian Ham), cut & sliced in julienne strips

    Recipe



    (2 skillets, 14" round) Combine heavy cream, pepper, chives, oregano, basil and fettuccine. Make sure to mix all the herbs with fettuccine.

    In the other pan, sauté shallots, butter and prosciutto. When brown, mix with fettuccine. Mix altogether. Before serving put on Parmesan cheese, then it is ready to serve.
