List of Ingredients
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
3 Tbsp. shallots, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic, finely chopped
1 cup smoked salmon, diced
2 oz. vodka
2 large tomatoes, finely chopped
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 tsp. fresh tarragon, chopped
400 grams egg fettucini, cooked al dente, drained and kept warm
Salt and pepper to tasteRecipe
Melt butter in a large sauté pan. Add shallots and garlic; cook until soft. Add salmon and tomatoes; sauté 1 to 2 minutes. Deglaze pan with vodka. Add cream and tarragon; cook until sauce has thickened, about 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Toss sauce with pasta before serving.
