List of Ingredients
2 oz Sesame Seed Oil
6 oz Hibatchi Vegetables (Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Red and Green Peppers)
2 oz Wild Mushroom Mix (Portabella, Shiitake)
1/4 Cup Diced Roma Tomatoes
2 oz Firecracker Sauce
1 oz Whole Butter
1 oz Water
6 oz Cooked Fettuccini Noodles
1/2 oz Baby Spinach (Cleaned, stem removed)
1/8 Cup Cashew Butts
1 Piece Bruscetta Bread Recipe
Heat saute´ pan to hot and add sesame oil
Add hibatchi vegatables and stir constantly for 30 seconds
Add mushroom mix and stir for 1 minute
Add firecracker sauce, water, and whole butter and stir fry for 5 seconds
Add tomatoes, fetttuccini and spinach and stir fry for 5 seconds
Empty into a large pasta bowl
Garnish with cashew butts and serve with Bruscetta Bread
