    Paravicin's/Franko Pisani
    Pasta Dough

    1 cup egg
    1 cup water
    4 cups flour Knead dough
    Cut into 6 pc
    Roll through pasta machine
    Cut into squares and fry Filling
    1 lb ricotta cheese
    1 cup diced roasted peppers
    1 small red onion
    2 tlb sp gorgonzola cheese
    salt pepper
    Mix all ingredients together and spoon on the fried pasta Sauce
    4 oz borsin cheese
    2 ps cream
