    List of Ingredients




    8oz cream reduction
    1 Tbsp Butter
    1.5 oz. Shredded parmesean cheese
    4 oz. mixed vegetables(zucchini, yellow squash, onion, red and green peppers)
    2 oz. Broccoli florets
    1 oz. sliced portabella mushrooms
    6 oz. cooked fettuccine
    2 oz. olive oil

    Recipe



    Put cream and butter in one pan and bring to a rolling boil on medium heat. Saute all the vegetables in another pan till tender. Once cream is boiling add shredded parmesean and let simmer to allow the cheese to melt, sauce is thickened and reduced by half. Add your vegetables and pasta to the cream, toss to coat pasta and vegetables with sauce.
