List of Ingredients
1/2 cup carrot sticks
1/2 cup zucchini
1/2 cup squash
1/2 cup broccoli
1/2 cup cauliflower
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 t chopped garlic
1 t diced green onions
2 T oil (any kind)
1 T blackening spice
1 cup chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lemon Recipe
Heat the oil; sauté the garlic and green onions. Add in the veggies except for mushrooms. Cook for 2 minutes then add the mushrooms. Cook till the broccoli turns bright green. Add the chicken stock and blackening spice. Add pre-cooked pasta. Season to taste with salt and pepper and lemon juice.
