1 lb ricotta cheese
1 box frozen spinich-drained
2 large cans or bottles of spgh.sauce
1 can mushrooms-chopped-optinal
1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese
1 chopped green pepper
1 can of parmesan&romano cheese-mixed
1&half lbs of hot or mild italian sausage-cooked

spread layer of sauce on bottom of long deep cake pan.lay cooked noodles side-by-side longways in pan.in lg. bowlmix egg,ricotta,spinich&parmesan&romano.mix well.spread onto noodles&add a little more sauce.sprinkle on some sausage&mushrooms.lay more noodles on top of mixture&repeat till you get to top.on topadd more sauce&add mozzerella&greeen pepper.bake in 325 oven coverd 50 min,10 min uncoverd or untill cheese is golden brown.monga&enjoy
