List of Ingredients
1 lb. (16 oz.) Ronzoni Orzo
2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
3/4 cup olive oil
1 cup sundried tomatoes (diced)
1/2 cup fresh basil (chopped)
1 cup toasted pine nuts *
1 cup golden raisins
Salt & pepper (to taste)
1/4 cup romano cheeseRecipe
ook pasta according to package directions, drain. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, brown garlic in olive oil. Remove from heat; add in remaining ingredients. Toss mixture with cooked orzo and serve warm or room temperature.
* Toasted pine nuts: pre-heat oven 350°. Place pine nuts on cookie sheet & bake approximately 10 minutes
