    500g papperdelle
    32 oz. tinned plum tomatoes
    chopped onion
    200g wild mushrooms
    1tbsp butter
    4 pinches salt
    2 pinches pepper

    Recipe



    Cook papperdelle al dente. While cooking pasta, begin to prepare the tomato sauce. Get a large sauce pan and take the half cup of butter and lightly saute the onions and wild mushrooms for one minute. Add salt, pepper and the plum tomatoes to the pan. Ad the papperdelle. Heat,serve and enjoy.
