List of Ingredients
4 ounces Cavatelli noodles (shell shaped)
8 ounces Cream (Half & Half)
1 ounce Butter
1/2 teaspoon Garlic
1 ounce Tomato Sauce
1 ounce Broccoli
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 ounce sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmigiano Cheese
Recipe
Cook noodles until half done; strain off water and put noodles back into pot. Add cream, butter, garlic, tomato sauce and broccoli; bring to a hard boil. When noodles are fully cooked; add mushrooms and stir into noodles. Remove from heat; add Parmigiano Cheese. Toss and serve. Makes 1-2 servings.
