3 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 large scallops
4 broccoli flowerets
2 mushrooms, sliced
1 portion of pasta, cooked al dente
2-3 oz. heavy cream
1-2 oz. Romano cheese
Parmesan cheese to garnish
Chopped parsley to garnish
Salt and pepper to tasteRecipe
Place seafood, pasta, broccoli, mushrooms, and cream in a sauté pan. Bring to a boil, reduce until thickened, adjusting heat as needed. Add Romano cheese. Serve in a bowl, garnishing with parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
