    List of Ingredients




    8-10 cheese-filled raviolis
    8 oz. heavy cream
    2 tbl butter
    2 oz Parmesan Cheese
    2 tbl crispy bacon
    1/2 cup sauteed sliced mushrooms

    Recipe



    In saute pan, place bacon and mushrooms. Cook until bacon is crisp. In another saute pan, place heavy cream and bring to a boil. While cream is boiling, add raviolis. Then add butter and reduce by half. Add 1 1/2 oz. parmesan cheese and leave leftover cheese for garnish. Once you have reached a thick consistency, remove from skillet and garnish with cheese. Top it with mushrooms and bacon and enjoy.
