    4 oz. elbow macaroni
    1 tsp margarine
    ¼ cup bread crumbs
    2 - 8 oz. packages fat free cream cheese, softened
    4 eggs
    1 - 8oz. container fat free sour cream
    2 tbls flour
    1 tbls dried basil, crumbled
    ¼ tsp salt
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
    2 cups reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese

    Preheat oven to 325.
    Cook macaroni following package directions; drain & set aside
    In skillet, melt margarine until sizzling. Stir in bread crumbs; sauté over medium heat for 4 minutes or until browned. Sprinkle in bottom of a spring form pan.
    In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese, at medium speed until smooth. Continue to beat adding 1 egg at a time. Gradually add sour cream, flour, basil, salt and garlic; mix until smooth. Stir in macaroni & cheese. Pour on top of bread crumbs in spring form pan.
    Bake 50 – 60 minutes or until slightly set in middle. Let stand 5 minutes ; remove side of pan. Slice with serrated knife.

    Also note if you aren't concerned about fat you can use the regular cream cheese, sour cream and the cheddar cheese
