8 ounces of Garden Variety Rotini
2 cups ***SS-Pepper Feta Provencal Sauce
2 cup Broccoli florets cooked
2 cups Chicken breast cooked and sliced
4 tbsp Parmesan, grated or shreddedRecipe
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions
2. In a separate pan/dish, add prepared sauce, veggie, meat/protein and mix thoroughly
3. Transfer pasta and mixed ingredients to a serving bowl and toss lightly
4. Sprinkle with desired seasonings/toppings and serve
***SS-Pepper Feta Provencal Sauce
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons black olive paste
10 sun-dried tomatoes in oil, finely chopped
7 oz. feta cheese w/ black or hot pepper
Directions:
Cook and drain pasta according to package directions, reserve 1/2 cup of the cooking water. Mix all the ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss the pasta with the sauce.
