Seven Aromas Spaghetti

7 ounces [200 g] spaghetti, cooked, drained and hot
5 Italian tomatoes
1 celery stalk
1 mild medium-size red onion
2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
20 large capers
3 basil sprigs
Chiseled fresh oregano
Salt and pepper
4 tablespoons [60 mL] olive oilRecipe
Dice Italian tomatoes; cut celery stalk into small sticks and slice red onion into rings.
Mix together tomato dices, celery sticks, onion rings, minced garlic cloves, capers and basil.
Sprinkle with chiseled oregano; salt and pepper to taste.
Mix in olive oil.
Serve over hot pasta.
