    25 grams GRACE HELLO SOFT MARGARINE
    25 grams GRACE COUNTER FLOUR
    250 millilitres Anchor Milk
    15 millilitre GRACE JERK SEASONING
    2 plum tomatoes
    1/4 cup GRACE TOMATO KETCHUP
    2 sprigs parsley

    Recipe



    1. In a saucepan melt margarine, add flour and stir until a smooth paste is formed. Add milk and continue stirring until bubbles appear and sauce starts to thicken.
    2. Add jerk seasoning, chopped tomatoes and simmer for 1 minute. Add tomato ketchup and parsley.
    3. Cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente or firm to the bite about 10 minutes, drain and add to sauce. Serve immediately.

    Serves 4.
