    List of Ingredients




    1 whole green bell pepper, cut into bite size julienne
    ¼ c onions, small dice
    1 T minced garlic
    2 tsp fresh oregano, finely chopped
    1 tsp cayenne
    1 ½ tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp fresh thyme, finely chopped
    1 T mushroom base, Minor's
    2 ½ tsp roasted red pepper base, Minor's
    ½ c chicken stock
    ½ c evaporated low fat milk, or cream
    1 ½ c uncooked mostaccioli
    3/8 c Sweet Baby Ray's Original
    12 oz skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into ½ inch strips, bite size

    Recipe



    First boil the water with a little salt and oil. Then add the pasta. With a little oil, sauté the green peppers, onion and garlic for a couple of minutes. Add the oregano, cayenne, garlic powder, and thyme. Continue to sauté for a minute. Next add the chicken and sauté while stirring occasionally. Now add the mushroom base, roasted red pepper base, and the chicken stock. Cook this for a minute or two. For the final touch, add the Sweet Baby Ray's and evaporated low-fat milk (or cream if you prefer). Cook until right consistency. When the pasta is al dente, place the pasta on the dish and then spoon over the chicken and the sauce.
