Stir-Fried Spaghetti And Chicken

List of Ingredients
4 oz spaghetti
4 oz ground chicken
3 oz kernel corn
2 oz peas
2 oz carrots diced
1 tbsp pistachios roughly chopped
3 1/2 tsp Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce
1/2 tsp Sesame Oil (Pure)
1/2 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp sugarRecipe
1. Cook spaghetti in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender. Drain.
2. Mix chicken with marinade (oyster flavored sauce 1.5 tsp, sesame oil 0.5 tsp, cornstarch 0.5 tsp).
3. Stir-fry chicken in 2 tbsp oil until done. Add kernel corn, peas, carrots and stir-fry for 1 minute.
4. Stir in spaghetti, sauce mix (oyster flavored sauce 2 tbsp, ketchup 1 tbsp, sugar 1 tsp) and heat through. Sprinkle with pistachios.
Serves 3.
