    List of Ingredients




    serves 4
    1# linguine - par-cooked
    6oz sun-dried tomatoes
    1/2# pitted green Sicilian olives
    1/2# pitted black Calamata olives
    1 14oz can artichoke hearts - 1/4'd
    1 bunch scallions - chopped
    8 medium plum tomatoes - chopped
    1/2# mushrooms - sliced
    2 TBL capers
    2 TBL chopped garlic
    1 1/2 cups dry white wine
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 TBL butter
    salt & pepper to taste
    1/2# feta - crumbled
    2 bunches fresh basil - chopped

    Recipe



    heat olive oil in a large saute pan; add garlic, scallions, mushrooms and
    tomatoes - saute briefly. Add olives, capers, artichokes & sun-dried tomatoes -
    saute 2 minutes. Add wine and cook until reduced by half. Add butter and reduce until sauce forms. Season with salt & pepper. Toss with linguine and plate or place hot pasta on plates and scoop ingredients over. Finish by sprinkling feta and fresh basil over dish.
