12 oz Anthony's Penne Rigate
1/2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves, chopped
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup button mushrooms
1 cup crimini mushrooms
1 cup oyster mushrooms
1 cup shitaki mushrooms
1 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
1 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, sliced
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
2 tablespoons sweet cream butter
3/4 cup sweet white onion, julienne
3/4 cup white wineRecipe
Cook and drain pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, heat olive oil over medium high flame, in a large saute pan. Saute onions for 3 minutes. Add garlic, crimini and button mushrooms. Cook and constantly stir for 3 minutes. Now add shitaki mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, basil, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper. Cook for 3 minutes. Add wine and lemon juice. Simmer for 2 minutes to add butter and sour cream, blend until smooth. Immediately mix in hot penne; combine well with sauce and all ingredients. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and chives and serve.
