Uncle Babe's Chicken Parmesan

1 jar Bove's Romano Pomodoro Sauce
1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breast
1 tsp. fresh garlic, chopped fine
1 tsp. oregano
1 lb. shells or other pasta
2 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
3 Tbs. grated Parmesan cheese Recipe
In heavy skillet, brown chicken in olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions, garlic and bell peppers. Sauté until onions are clear. In a medium saucepan simmer Bove's sauce 5-10 min. Add chicken breasts and vegetables to sauce. Season with oregano and simmer over low heat for at least 60-90 min. The longer you simmer, the more aromatic the flavor. Prepare shells or other pasta according to package directions, drain well. Add grated Parmesan cheese to sauce/chicken mixture. Toss with cooked pasta. Top with extra spoonful of sauce and serve immediately.
