Alpenhorn B&B's Spring Garden Pizza

List of Ingredients
1 large Boboli pizza crust
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 (1 oz.) package ranch seasoning and dressing mix
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup diced red bell peppers
1/2 cup pitted ripe olives, sliced
1/4 cup (1 ounce) grated fresh parmesan cheese
Recipe
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Combine mayonnaise, ranch seasoning mix and garlic. Mix well and spread evenly over the crust to within 1/2 inch of the edge. Top with half of the mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle broccoli, bell pepper, mushrooms and olives over pizza. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cool 10 minutes, then cut.
