    Pizza Ingredients:

    8 oz Roasted chicken
    2 oz Scallions
    6 oz Mushrooms
    10 oz Mixture of Fontina and Provolone Cheese
    2 oz Grated Parmesan Cheese
    4 oz Garlic Cream Sauce
    1 oz Italian Seasoning

    Garlic Cream Sauce Ingredients

    4 oz Chopped Garlic
    2 oz Melted Butter
    1 cup Heavy Cream
    Pinch Salt
    Pinch Pepper

    Italian Chicken Ingredients

    2 x 4oz Portions of uncooked Chicken
    3 oz Italian seasoning
    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    3 Tbsp Butter


    Pizza Dough Ingredients

    4 cps Bread Flour
    ¼ oz Active Dry Yeast
    ¼ cup Olive Oil
    2 ½ cps Warm Water
    2 tsp Salt

    Recipe



    Pizza Dough

    In a large bowl, stir together the water and yeast, then add the salt, olive oil and 4 cups of flour. Using your hands, work together all the ingredients until the dough just holds its shape, adding more flour as needed.

    Turn the dough out onto a well-floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic, approximately 10 minutes. Let dough rise about 1 hour. Cut dough in 4 balls and roll out dough to desired size with a rolling pin. (Cover date and refrigerate extra.

    Garlic Cream Sauce
    Mix Chopped garlic and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Whip heavy cream slowly into the mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. (Cover, date and refrigerate if used for later.)

    Italian Chicken preparation
    Over medium heat, mix oil and butter until the butter is melted. Increase heat and sauté' chicken until cooked. Coat with Italian seasoning.


    Final Pizza Steps

    Roll out the dough on to pizza pan or stone. Spread garlic cream sauce onto the center of the dough. Spread evenly chicken, mushrooms, chopped scallion and parmesan cheese. Top with Fontina-Provolone cheese and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Bake at 425 for 17-22 minutes on lower rack of oven.
