    Best Buffalo Toms Chicken Wing Pizza

    Makes 4 main course servings

    List of Ingredients




    1 full chicken breast skinless - boneless
    3-4 oz Buffalo Toms Gourmet Hot Sauce (1/3 bottle)
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    3 teaspoons garlic (bottled) 3 garlic cloves (more or less as desired)
    8oz of grated mozzarella cheese
    3 heaping tablespoons of bleu cheese dressing (works best with a bleu cheese dressing that is the consistency of mayonnaise, such as Rooties or Maria's)

    1 12-14" pizza crust

    Cut up chicken breast into small cubes, this is much easier if the chicken is semi-frozen.

    Put the olive oil and garlic into a large frying pan. Heat the oil and garlic until the garlic just starts to turn color, add the chicken breast meat and cook until the meat is no longer pink. Add the Buffalo Toms Gourmet Hot Sauce, reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. While the meat is simmering and reducing prepare the pizza crust as directed and make a crust.

    Assembly:

    Spread a layer of the bleu cheese dressing on the crust, top that with the chicken garlic mixture made earlier add the cheese and bake 18-25 minutes at 400°F

    Enjoy:

    Allow pizza to cool for a few minutes then cut and serve with a side of celery stalks, salad or just a cold beer! Re-heats well for leftovers
