    1 prepared pizza dough 12"
    2 links Cattaneo Bros Caballero sausage
    1- 8oz can tomato sauce
    1/2 medium onion/ chopped
    1- 8oz can pineapple chunks
    1 small green pepper/ sliced
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 cup black olives
    1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

    Recipe



    Brown sausage & onion in a skillet. Drain. Add tomato sauce, garlic, pinch basil & pinch of oregano and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
    Spread over crust. Layer with pineapples, peppers & olives. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 20-25 minutes.

    Serves 4
