List of Ingredients
* 1 prepared frozen pizza crust
* ½ c. hummus
* 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
* ¼ c. pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
* 2 Piquilo peppers (from the jar), sliced
* 3 to 4 ounces Feta cheese, crumbled
* ½ tsp. dried oregano
* 1 tbs. organic extra virgin olive oil
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Spread hummus over the pizza crust, then top it with tomato slices, olives, peppers and cheese. Sprinkle oregano over the top. Bake for 15 to 25 minutes (the longer the pizza bakes, the crispier and darker the crust). Remove from oven and drizzle with olive oil.
