1 package (16 ounces) Italian bread shell or ready-to-serve pizza crust (12 to 14 inches in diameter)
1 jar (12 ounces) pickled Giardiniera vegetable mix, well drained
1 tablespoon chopped drained pepperoncini peppers, if desired
1 cup crumbled Feta cheese (4 ounces)
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Recipe
Heat oven to 400 F.
Place bread shell on ungreased cookie sheet. Mix vegetable mix and peppers; spread over bread shell. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
