1 box Jiffy Pizza Crust
1 can pizza sauce
2 oz. chopped deli ham
1 quarter Cup marinated artichokes, drained well
1 quarter cup sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. black olives
1 half cup mozzarella cheese
fresh grated romano cheese
1 clove garlic, pressed or minced
coarsely chopped fresh basil, for garnish
Recipe
If using a charcoal grill, use a brick to divide the coals into two sections: one side should be a hot fire, and the other side cool; if using a gas grill, use only half of the burners. Prepare dough according to package directions. Divide dough into two equal balls. Roll out each ball into individual sized pie. Place on hot side of grill for about three minutes, or until gently browned. Remove crust from grill to add toppings, and place cooked side up. Gently spread light coat of pizza sauce on crust. Evenly distribute ham, artichokes, mushrooms and olives on pizza. Sprinkle cheese on top. The thinner the layer of toppings, the better the pizza will cook. Place pizza back on indirect heat side of grill. Cover grill and allow heat to melt cheese and heat toppings, about 5-10 minutes. Watch carefully to ensure pizza does not burn! Remove from grill and enjoy! Makes two pizzas.
