Herb-Garlic Pizza with Tossed Greens

2 Boboli 8-inch pizza crusts (10-ounce package)
4 cups (about half of a 5-ounce bag) spring mix salad greens
2 tablespoons balsamic (or other flavor) vinaigrette
1/2 cup garlic-herb spreadable cheese (about half of a 6.5-ounce package)
Recipe
Heat oven to 450 degrees. If desired for easier serving, cut each crust into 4 wedges. Place crusts on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 5 minutes, or until lightly crisp. Toss greens with vinaigrette. Remove crusts from oven and spread with garlic-herb cheese spread. Top with dressed greens.
Makes 4 appetizer or 2 lunch servings.
