MELLOW MUSHROOM HOUSE CALZONE

12 oz pizza dough
3 oz diced mozzarella cheese
1 c fresh spinach
1 cup medium mushrooms, sliced
1 tomato, sliced into half moon slices(4 slices)

Start with the pizza dough - flatten out the edges with your fingers keeping the dough thicker in the middle (use corn meal). "Slap" the dough out with your hands still making sure not to get the middle of the dough too thin (make it into a nice oval shape). Put the dough onto the wooden peel (use corn meal). Put on to the dough 3oz. of mozzarella cheese, spinach, mushrooms and tomatoes. Fold over the dough to where the edges are meeting all the way around (half moon shape). Smash all the edges together to seal the calzone. Work the ingredients throughout the calzone. Grab both of the ends of the zone and stretch out the zone. Fold the edges around and wrap together. Poke three holes in the top. Bake for 15 min. at 500 degrees. Garnish with garlic butter and parmesan cheese. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
