    Mango Habanero Chicken Sausage and Salad Pizza

    List of Ingredients

    1 large or 2 small Boboli pizza crust
    4 Smoked Mango Habanero Chicken Sausage links, sliced into coins 1/4-inch thick
    1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
    3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
    1 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    1 garlic clove, minced
    Salt and freshly ground black pepper
    1 cup loosely packed romaine lettuce leaves, cut into thin strips
    1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (mixed red and yellow if available), cut in half

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 500°. Arrange sausage evenly over crust. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over sausage and crust. Bake the pizza on a baking sheet or stone until golden and crisp, 8 to 10 minutes.

    In the meantime, whisk together the oil, vinegar, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Add the salad and tomatoes and toss together.

    When the pizza is done, place on a platter. Top with tomato mixture. Serve immediately.

    Makes 4 servings.
