    Traditional Pizza Dough

    * 2-3/4 cup bread flour
    * 1 teaspoon salt
    * 1 teaspoon Active dried yeast
    * 1 teaspoon sugar
    * 3/4 cup warm water
    * 1 tablespoon olive oil

    Recipe



    n a small bowl combine yeast, sugar and 1/4 cup water, with rest of ingredients knead on a floured surface 10 minutes, place in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap. Let it sit for 45 minutes or until it doubles in size. Spread on pan forming a circle and cover with sauce and with your favorite toppings. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes (crust has to be golden brown)

    Suggestions for sauce:
    Ready made pizza sauce (Ragu, etc)

    Toppings:

    * Green peppers
    * Onions
    * Pepperoni
    * Ground beef
    * Mozzarella cheese
