Pizza, Spanish Style

List of Ingredients
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 oz. Dried yeast
1/2 cup olive oil
2/3 cup milk and water in equal quantities, mixed together
3 large onions thinly sliced
2 oz. Can anchovies, drained and chopped
2 tbsp. Pine nuts
2 tbsp. Sultanas
1 tsp. Dried chili flakes or powder
Salt and pepper
Recipe
Sift the flour and salt together into a large bowl. Stir in the yeast. Make a well in the center, and add 1/4 tablespoon of the olive oil, and a little of the milk and water. Bring the flour mixture and liquid together, gradually adding the remaining milk and water, until a dough is formed. Knead on a floured surface for about 10 minutes. Return to the bowl, cover with a cloth, and leave in a warm place to rise for about 1 hour. Heat the remaining oil in a large frying pan, add the onions, and cook until soft. Preheat the oven to 475 degrees. Knock back the dough, and roll out to a rectangle about 12 x 15 inches. Place on an oiled baking sheet. Cover with the onions. Scatter over the anchovies, pine nuts, sultanas and chili flakes. Season. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes, until the edges are beginning to brown. Serve hot.
