    Z Pizzeria’s Best of Summer Pizza

    Z PIZZERIA Salt Lake City
    Yeast Risen Pizza Dough
    Makes one 12” pizza crust
    (Or use a pre-baked crust)

    Mix together:
    2 tsp. dry, active yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 cup lukewarm water

    Set aside for 10 minutes

    Add in 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. Knead by hand, or mix for approximately five minutes. Place in a bowl, cover for 30 minutes. Dough should double in size. Roll dough into crust.


    Pizza Toppings
    2 cups mozzarella cheese
    1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
    3/4 cup red onions
    2 cups of shredded mozzarella
    1 medium chicken breast FULLY COOKED and diced
    1 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce
    Chopped cilantro (to taste)

    Sprinkle cheese over the dough. Place diced chicken on top of cheese. Add vegetables. Sprinkle cilantro over top.

    Preheat oven to 450 degrees, bake for 15-20 minutes (for the dough crust.) For pre-baked crust, bake for 10 minutes

    Once baked, slice the pizza, and then swirl the barbecue sauce over the toppings.
