    # 8 boned chicken breasts

    # Seasoned salt

    # Pepper

    # 1/4 C olive oil

    # 1/4 C tarragon vinegar

    # 2 cloves garlic, crushed

    # 2/3 C dry sherry

    Recipe



    Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt and pepper. Heat oil, vinegar and garlic in large skillet.

    Sauté chicken, turning frequently, until golden brown. Place chicken in 2-quart baking dish. Pour over sherry.

    Bake in 350-degree oven 10 minutes or until chicken is tender. Serve with rice. Makes 8 servings.
