    2 1/2 lb. Bell & Evans® Chicken drumsticks

    1/2 cup cherry jelly

    1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

    1 tsp. chili powder

    1 tsp. paprika

    Recipe



    Insert knife and cut around end of each drumstick to loosen meat from bone. Push meat up bone to form bell at top.

    Line shallow baking pan with foil. Spray with vegetable oil. Arrange Bell & Evans chicken on foil.

    In a small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients until smooth. Brush cherry mixture on chicken. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes. Brush again with sauce; bake 10 minutes. Brush with remaining sauce; bake 10 minutes more. Serve warm.
