4 chicken breasts - skinless, boneless, cut in cubes
1 cup plain yogurt
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 oz fresh minced ginger
3 oz malt vinegar
4 tsp red masala powder
¼ cup lime juice
¼ cup butter
Recipe
Marinate chicken breasts in yogurt, garlic, ginger, malt vinegar, masala powder and lime juice overnight. Sauté in butter until cooked. Serve over basmati rice.
