4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)
3 cups frozen mixed vegetables, such as broccoli, red bell pepper and carrots, thawed, drained
1/4 cup DI GIORNO Basil Pesto Sauce
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup Mozzarella CheeseRecipe
Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken; cover. Cook on medium-high heat 5 min. on each side or until browned.
Add vegetables, pesto sauce and water. Bring to boil; cook 6 to 8 min. or until chicken is cooked through.
Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Let stand 5 min.
