Cap City's Romano Chicken

* 2 oz. Olive oil
* 2 Chicken breast
* Flour
* Egg wash (1 c. milk + 3 eggs)
* Breading (1/2 c. panko or bread crumbs 1 1/2 c. shredded Romano cheese)
* 1 c. Marinara sauce
* 1 c. Alfredo sauce
Recipe
Your favorite pasta tossed with butter, garlic, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
Directions: Bread chicken by dredging in flour, then egg wash, then romano-bread crumb mixture.
In a Teflon pan, (must be Teflon, because cheese will stick to metal pans) heat olive oil on medium heat. Saute chicken on both sides until golden brown. If cheese is golden, but chicken is not fully cooked, place in oven until complete.
Serve with combined Marinara and Alfredo sauce, alongside pasta that has been tossed with butter, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper.
