1 lb. chicken fillets
1 (1 lb. 12 oz) can crushed tomatoes
1 c. water
2 green bell peppers
1 onion, medium
1 pkg. dry Italian salad mix
1/2 lb. Thin Spaghetti
2 tsp. Olive Oil
Recipe
Cut peppers and onions into slices. Place oil in a large frying pan and add peppers and onions, cook on medium heat until vegetables are tender, not browning onions. Add tomatoes and water, simmer for 1/2 hour. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and add chicken and salad mix to vegetables. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until chicken is done. Break spaghetti in half and cook according to the directions on box. To serve, cover plate with spaghetti and top with mixture.
