4 Large Half-Breasts of Chicken, Boned and Skinned
¾ Teaspoon Season Salt
1 (6 oz.) Jar Marinated Artichoke Hearts
1 Tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
½ Cup Water
¼ Dry White Wine
1 Chicken Bullion Cube, Crushed
12 Small Fresh Mushrooms
1 Tablespoon Capers, Drained
Recipe
1. Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt.
2. Drain marinade from artichokes and save.
3. Heat 3 tablespoons of the marinade in a skillet.
4. Add chicken and brown slowly of all sides.
5. Push chicken to one side, stir in flour.
6. Cook, stirring until mixture boils and thickens.
7. Add artichokes and mushrooms.
8. Spoon sauce over chicken.
9. Cover and simmer over very low heat 20 minutes, or until tender.
10. Garnish with capers.
