    2 (6 oz.) chicken breasts
    Scotch
    Rosemary and thyme
    Heavy cream
    Flour
    Salt and pepper

    Recipe



    1. Lightly dust chicken with flour and gently saute in clarified butter.

    2. Deglaze pan with scotch, add herbs and simmer.

    3. Add heavy cream and reduce until thickened.
