Chicken with Cream Vegetable Sauce

List of Ingredients
500g chicken (boneless)
200g onions
100g garlic
50g black olive
100g carrot
100g cabbage
100g leeks
100g capsicum
200g tomato
50g butter
2ts oil
2ts corn flour
250 ml chicken stock
Salt and pepper
Recipe
Season the chicken with salt and pepper; heat the pan with 2 ts of oil and shallow fry and keep aside.
Chop the garlic, onion and black olives; cut the carrots, cabbage, leeks, tomato and capsicum in to julienne.
Melt the butter in pan and sauté the onion and garlic and add the fried chicken, add all the ingredients in number 2. except tomato.
Add chicken stock, and tomatos stir the corn flour to thicken the sauce.
Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
Serve with rice.
