Chili "Oven-Fried" Chicken

List of Ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 11/4 pounds total)
1 cup low-fat buttermilk
1 TB Whole Foods Organic Honey
1/2 cup flour
2 TB yellow cornmeal
1 TB chili powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 TB Brand 365 Canola Oil
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
In medium bowl, stir together buttermilk and honey; add chicken and let stand 5 minutes.
On a plate, combine flour, cornmeal, chili powder, oregano, salt, and cayenne. Dredge chicken in flour mixture, shaking off excess.
Place chicken on prepared baking sheet, drizzle with oil, and bake 12 minutes, or until crisp, golden, and cooked through.
