Chinese Style Chicken Breasts

6 (about 2 lb.) Chicken breasts
1 Egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1/4 tsp. Ground ginger
1 clove Garlic, minced
3 cups Honey-Nut Corn Flakes cereal, crushed to 3/4 cupRecipe
1. Remove skin from chicken.
2. Wash pieces and pat dry.
3. In shallow dish, mix egg, soy sauce, ginger and garlic.
4. Add chicken, turning to coat completely.
5. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour, turning once.
6. Remove from marinade, draining off excess.
7. Coat pieces evenly with crushed cereal.
8. Place in single layer, meaty side up, in greased or foil lined shallow baking pan.
9. Bake at 350 degrees F 50-60 minutes or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced (do not
cover or turn chicken while baking).
