List of Ingredients
4 Foster Farms Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes
½ cup Chicken Broth
2 TBS. Soy Sauce
2 TBS. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Lemon Zest, grated
1 tsp. Fresh Ginger, grated
1 Garlic Clove, finely chopped
2 tsp. Sugar
2 tsp. Cornstarch
2 TBS. Canola Oil
2 Green Onions, sliced diagonally in ½ inch pieces
½ lb. Fresh Snow Peas
2 Fresh Pears (peeled, cored, and quartered) or 4 canned Pear Halves, drained
Recipe
In a small bowl, whisk together chicken broth, soy sauce, lemon juice, lemon zest, ginger, garlic, sugar, and cornstarch. Heat canola oil in large frying pan or wok over high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry for 3 to 5 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink when cut into. Remove chicken to warm serving dish. Add green onion and snow peas, stir-fry one minute, then return chicken to pan. Reduce heat to medium. Add sauce mixture and pears. Stir gently until sauce thickens. Serve immediately. Serve with buttered pasta and tossed green salad.
