    Curried Marmalade Chicken

    1 cup orange marmalade

    1 cup Dijon mustard

    1/4 cup honey

    1 tablespoon curry powder

    1 tablespoon lemon juice

    6 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts

    Recipe



    Simmer first five ingredients in heavy saucepan over low heat for five minutes, stirring constantly. Cool and refrigerate.

    Before using, bring to room temperature. Reserve 1/2 cup glaze. Marinate chicken breasts in remaining glaze for 1 to 24 hours.

    Drain and place chicken on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Brush with reserved glaze.
