List of Ingredients
3/4 stick butter (6 tbs)
1 package of angel hair pasta
granulated garlic to taste
6-8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts,
1/3 cup prepared grated parmesean cheese
1 large and one small bottle of Italian salad dressing
Recipe
Begin by coating the (thawed) chicken with the italian seasoning and the garlic. Place in a glass baking dish, and add the italian salad dressing(BE SURE TO SAVE 1/4 cup). The longer you marinate it the better, but I always marinate a minimum of 3-4 hours in the refrigerator. Cover with aluminum foil, bake at 350 for 1 hour. Aprox 10 minutes prior to the chicken being done, prepare the pasta to the directions on the box. Drain. Put the pasta back in the pot that you cooked it in, add the butter, the 1/4 cup of salad drsssing, and the cheese. Mix well. Serve the chicken over the pasta. Salad and toasted garlic bread go well with this meal. This recipe is dedicated in honor of the memory of a federal fire department which is now permanently closed. Serves 4-5
