Ham-wrapped Chicken with Orange Sauce

List of Ingredients
* 2 x packs So Good West Country corn fed boneless chicken breasts, skinned
* 1/2 x 125g tub So Good buffalo mozzarella, drained and sliced
* 8 So Good lemon basil leaves
* 4 slices So Good dry cured honey roast ham
* 45ml (3tbsp) olive oil
* 1/2 bunch spring onions, shredded
* 1 clove garlic, chopped
* 15ml (1tbsp) paprika
* 300ml (1/2pt) So Good freshly squeezed orange juice
* 45ml (3tbsp) double cream
Recipe
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/ 400°F/gas mark 6. Cut pocket in each chicken breast. Fill with mozzarella slices and basil. Wrap in 1 slice of ham.
2. Heat half the oil in a roasting tin. Bake chicken for 25 minutes.
3. Heat remaining oil in a pan. Cook garlic and spring onions for 2 minutes. Add paprika and cook for 10 seconds. Add orange juice. Boil to reduce by half. Add cream. Slice chicken and spoon sauce over. Serve with So Good salad leaves.
