List of Ingredients
4 to 6 pounds boneless chicken breasts
16 ounces chipotle pepper sauce
Lemon juice to cover chicken
1/2 cup lemon pepper seasoning
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons dry mustard
Lime tortilla chips
Sour cream
Salsa
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
Recipe
1. Rub chicken with olive oil.
2. Marinate chicken in lemon juice, dry mustard, salt, pepper and lemon pepper in refrigerator for three to four hours.
3. Cook on grill, basting with chipotle sauce.
4. When done, place chicken on a bed of lime tortilla chips and top with salsa and sour cream.
